Ashley Monroe hails from America and is a country-music singer/songwriter. She released two singles in 2007 and a full album titled Satisfied. At Riverside Ashley supports everyday operations of village services while taking on the strategic plan of elected officials as well as the residents. Ashley's prior roles have included the budgeting and planning of government communications, the management of staff and collective negotiations. Ashley is also passionate about climate change. Ashley's participation in National organizations and involvement with diverse communities and populations has given her an understanding of the different aspects and similarities between how various public agencies run. Ashley's courses are focused on leadership for public organizations and management from the perspective of a practitioner with experience. In addition to establishing an environment for both current and future practitioners Ashley focuses on the necessity to adapting the current ethical and strategically-based decision making for addressing challenges and take advantage of opportunities.
